TEM images for Pd-Ru/TiO2 catalysts

The selective hydrogenation of furfural at ambient temperature has been investigated using a Pd/TiO2 catalyst. Ru is a well-studied metal for the hydrogenation reactions of furan-derived compounds. The work involved synthesizing bimetallic catalysts with the different ratios of Ru and Pd. The data described here are TEM images of these bimetalic catalysts in differing proportions of Ru and Pd.
