AdeT1 in E. coliwas characterised. Immunoblot files (*.scn) are available here. The data are immunoblots against 6xHis tag to check the production of AdeT1 proteins under different conditions as described in the publication, including pET vs pUC vectors, with or without IPTG induction, broth vs agar dilution, as well as AdeT1 containing a propionyl lysine residue.
