Whole genome methylomic profiling in Parkinson's disease: Data

<p dir="ltr">This data was created for the research grant "Whole genome methylomic profiling in Parkinson's disease: an integrated genetic-epigenetic approach" funded by Parkinson's UK (G-1309).</p><p dir="ltr">The data is of genome-wide methylation profiles that were obtained from the caudate nucleus (n=82), substantia nigra (n=88) and the frontal cortex (n=88) of 97 individuals with Parkinson's disease obtained from the Parkinson Disease UK Brain Bank, using the Illumina Infinium HumanMethylation450 BeadChip.</p>
