Three vGWAS analyses were performed for the trait 'refractive error' in a sample of 77,880 UK Biobank participants (https://www.ukbiobank.ac.uk/). Note that unlike a conventional GWAS analysis, vGWAS tests typically output only a p-value for each SNP (rather than a beta coefficient, standard error and p-value). Details of the analysis and data can be found in the README.txt file.
