The Baeyer-Villiger oxidation of cubyl ketones: a synthetic route to functionalised cubanols

<p dir="ltr">The oxidation of unsymmetrical cubyl ketones with m-CPBA gives the corresponding BV products. This methodology is also applied to synthesis of cubyl analogue of resveratrol. This data set contains 1H, 19F and 13C NMR data files for the characterisation of the aforementioned compounds. An appropriate NMR processing software is required for raw NMR data files.</p>
