Room temperature quantum emitters in aluminum nitride epilayers on silicon - data

Download (722.77 kB)

Data supporting the publication "Room temperature quantum emitters in aluminum nitride epilayers on silicon" in APL. Photophysical data on 2 quantyum light sources grown via MOVPE and PVDNC is presented on samples grown on silicon. All data is saved in .csv files which can be opened in Excel. The first row/column is the x-axis variable and the second is the y-axis.

The .csv files are named after the figures in which the data is presented.
