Research Data supporting "Deformed Honeycomb Lattices of InGaAs Nanowires Grown on Silicon‐on‐Insulator for Photonic Crystal Surface‐Emitting Lasers"

We provide

the data and the python code with Leguge package that produced the data set. Each row of the data corresonds to one k point in the band structure and the values are the normalized frequencies from the lowest band.

the atomic fraction (the second column) as a function of  position (the first column) for Ga and In. 

the spectrum data which contains the wavelengths in nm (the first column) and the PL intensity (the second column).

FDTD simulation data for far-field patterns. There are data files for different unit cell size from 1x1 to 10x10. 

 PL spectrum from honeycom lattice which contains the wavelengths in nm (the first column) and the PL.
