Real time observation of glass-like carbon formation from SU-8 using X-ray and ultraviolet photoelectronspectroscopy

<p dir="ltr">The data files contain raw dataset for the published paper. Please read the paper for full details. The data files for XPS contain two columns of numbers. The first column is the binding energy in eV and the second column is intensity in arbitrary units. The filenames are survey, C1S and O1S with trailing numbers. Survey represents full survey spectra of the material at temperatures indicated in the file. C1S and O1S are detailed spectra around these regions. For the UPS data there are two columns in each file. Column one is kinetic energy in eV. The numbers in filename are temperatures in degree celsius. fs = full spectra, seco = secondary electron cut-off, VBM = valence band maximum.</p>
