Polycrystalline diamond micro-hotplates data

<p>These files for the data collected upon the investigation of the use of polycrystalline diamond within single material micro-hotplate structures.  The data is organised by device number and characterisation technique, with the spreadsheet entitled "Samples" detailing the design and testing parameters of each device.</p><p>Data include:<br>- SEM micrographs of the devices.<br>- Raman spectrometer and monochromator spectra obtained upon biasing.</p><p>- IV traces obtained upon biasing.</p><p>- Micrographs obtained upon biasing.</p><p>- Raman spectra investigating device degredation.</p><p>- Oscilloscope traces obtained during thermalisation tests.<br></p><p>Research results based upon these data are published at https://doi.org/10.1002/smll.202303976<br></p><p><br></p>
