Polycrystalline diamond micro-hotplates data

These files for the data collected upon the investigation of the use of polycrystalline diamond within single material micro-hotplate structures.  The data is organised by device number and characterisation technique, with the spreadsheet entitled "Samples" detailing the design and testing parameters of each device.

Data include:
- SEM micrographs of the devices.
- Raman spectrometer and monochromator spectra obtained upon biasing.

- IV traces obtained upon biasing.

- Micrographs obtained upon biasing.

- Raman spectra investigating device degredation.

- Oscilloscope traces obtained during thermalisation tests.
