Photochemical approach for multiplexed biofunctionalisation of GaAs: data

This dataset consists of x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy measurements collected for samples of gallium arsenide (GaAs) that were functionalised with multiple biomolecules via a photochemical approach. Different stages of functionalisation were characterised.
