Extraction of electron quantum lifetimes at low magnetic field in an InSb/Ai(1-x)InxSb quantum well 2DEGs
Datafile 1 includes modelled results for the thermal damping term in the theoretical expression for the amplitude of observed Shubnikov de Haas oscillation in InSb/AlInSb and GaAs/AlGaAs 2DEGs at 650mK and 3K for each. This is in five column excel spreadsheet format with column headers describing content in each column. Datafile 2 includes high magnetic field Shubnikov de Haas and quantum Hall data, stored in three column excel spreadsheet format, with column headers. Datafile 3 includes low field double differential data related to file 2, but now transposed to 1/B as opposed to directly against B. This also includes the longitudinal resistance, Hall resistance, and Fourier transform of the double differential data. All columns are headed with data title. Datafile 4 includes Dingle plot data (Dingle parameters extracted from the previous datafile, against 1/B). Data is in Excel format, with column headings identifying data.
