Experimental investigation of a novel formulation of cyanoacrylate based adhesive for self-healing concrete - data
Modified CA with enhanced performance was devloped that satisfies the healing agent requirements for concrete technologies. A set of experiments was undertaken to determine the physical-chemical and mechanical properties of four n-CA formulations: the bond strength ( via pull-off test), the contact angle measurements ( via sessile drop technique). The pull-off test results are available in .xlsx extension files with a 2 column format for load (N) and displacement (mm). Three samples per group were tested. Each file has a text header with descriptive data. The contact angle measurements are available in .xls extension files: three sides for each formulation were measured.DSC and TGA analysis of 3D printing polymer were performed on fragments collected from the filament roll before the printing phase and from the mini-vascular networks immediately after printing. Data results are available in .jpg extension files. The results of the NMR analysis carried out on a selected formulation are also reported in jpg files.
