Development of mammalian cell logic gates controlled by unnatural amino acids - data

The data revealed the incorporation efficiency of Lys(Boc) by different Pyl tRNA variants using a dual fluorescence reporter, in which mCherry serves as the transfection control and GFP directly correlates with unnatural amino acid incorporation. HEK293 cells were transfected with the reporter vector and cultured in the presence or absence of Lys(Boc) before subjecting to flow cytometry.
