<p dir="ltr">Quantified metabolite (total N-acetyl-aspartate, total Choline and total Creatine) signals for different participant diffusion-weightings are stored in the <b><i>dMRS_aging_fitResults file</i></b>. Data is stored in 'xlsx' format including the participants' demographic information (age and sex).</p><p dir="ltr">The b-values for all directions, obtained from the gradient chronograms, are stored in the <b><i>b_values_from_chrono</i></b> file.</p><p dir="ltr">The JSON file contains the diffusion model fitting results using the nonlinear least squares method. (<b><i>dMRS_aging_diffAnalysis_least_squares.json</i></b>)</p><p dir="ltr"><br></p><p dir="ltr"><br></p><p dir="ltr"><br></p><p><br></p>
