  • 1 nifti file with anatomical reference image
  • 1 excel file containing voxel position information for metabolites and water acquisition

  • 1 matlab file containing 1 preprocessed spectra (sum after phase and frequency alignment of all “transients”) for each b value and td for each mouse for metabolites
