We employ two complementary galaxy samples to investigate physical properties and test SED-fitting performance: one based on simulated photometry (results_nircamsim.txt) and the other on observational data (results_astrodeep.txt). Both datasets include multiwavelength photometry spanning the optical to near-infrared and share a consistent suite of derived physical parameters from Bayesian SED fitting, enabling a direct comparison between simulated and real galaxy populations.

nircamsim sample: This dataset is based on simulated photometry for galaxies observed in a combination of Hubble Space Telescope (HST) and James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) bands. HST coverage includes WFC/F435W and WFC3/F160W filters, while JWST/NIRCam coverage spans F090W, F115W, F150W, F200W, F277W, F335M, F356W, F410M, and F444W. Each object is characterised by Bayesian estimates of star formation rates over multiple timescales (instantaneous, 10 Myr, 100 Myr), stellar mass, stellar age, metallicity, dust attenuation parameters, dust mass, gas mass, AGN contribution, and various AGN emission properties. Best-fit model outputs include χ² statistics, rest-frame colours, integrated star formation histories, dust emission properties, and cosmological quantities such as redshift, luminosity distance, and age of the Universe at the source redshift.

ASTRODEEP Sample: The ASTRODEEP dataset is based on deep multiwavelength observations from the ASTRODEEP survey, augmented with JWST/NIRCam fluxes in the F090W, F115W, F150W, F200W, F277W, F356W, F410M, and F444W bands. As with NIRCamSim, SED fitting provides Bayesian posterior estimates for star formation rates, stellar masses, ages, dust attenuation, dust properties, AGN parameters, and gas content. Best-fit models yield photometric fits, rest-frame colours, SFH parameters, dust and AGN luminosities, and cosmological parameters analogous to those in the simulated sample.

The description and meaning of all columns in both datasets follow the standard output format of CIGALE, ensuring compatibility with existing analysis pipelines.
